Custom Care Home & Healthcare Uniforms UK
CentralCustom supplies embroidered care home and healthcare uniforms across the UK — tunics, polo shirts, fleeces, softshells and scrubs, badged with your logo and colour-coded by role so residents, families and visitors can tell at a glance who does what. We set your logo up once, keep it on file, and make reordering straightforward as staff join, leave and change roles.
Whether you run a single residential home or a group of sites, tell us your team size and the roles you need to distinguish, and we will come back with garment options, colour suggestions and pricing.
Why choose CentralCustom for healthcare uniforms
Embroidery built for industrial washing. Care uniforms get washed hot and washed often. Embroidery holds up where prints crack and fade, and we use stabilisers and thread suited to garments going through a commercial laundry cycle several times a week.
Role colour-coding done properly. Most homes want carers, seniors, nurses, housekeeping, kitchen and maintenance to be visually distinct. We will help you pick a palette that reads clearly under care-home lighting, stays available season to season, and does not fight with your brand colours.
One logo setup, unlimited reorders. Your logo is digitised once into an embroidery file and stored against your account. Reorders — one tunic for a new starter, or forty for a new wing — use that same file, so the badge is identical every time and you are not paying setup again.
Sizing that fits a real workforce. Care teams are not one shape. We supply unisex and female-fit tunics and polos across a wide size range, and we can send a size set so your staff try before you commit to a full order.
One UK contact who knows your account. No portal-only ordering. You get a named contact who already has your logo, colours, garment codes and previous order history to hand.

What we can badge
Tunics in male and female fit, healthcare polo shirts, scrub tops and trousers, fleeces and bodywarmers for staff moving between buildings, softshell jackets for community and domiciliary teams, aprons and tabards for housekeeping and kitchen, and name badges to finish the look.
Most healthcare uniforms are embroidered on the left chest with the logo, and many customers add the site name or role on the opposite chest or the back. If you want the logo in more than one position, tell us when you enquire and we will price it in.
Frequently asked questions
Can you match our existing uniform colours?
Usually, yes. Send a photo or the current garment code and we will find the closest match in a range we can supply consistently. If the exact shade has been discontinued we will tell you, rather than sending something almost-right.
Do you supply staff names on uniforms?
Yes. Names can be embroidered under the logo or on the opposite chest. Bear in mind a named garment cannot be reissued to someone else, so many homes name only senior or long-serving roles and keep the rest generic.
What is the minimum order?
There is no rigid minimum for embroidered healthcare uniforms — we regularly run single replacement garments for existing accounts. Unit pricing improves with quantity, so a first order covering the whole team is normally the most cost-effective way to start.
How long does it take?
Once artwork is approved, embroidered workwear typically takes around 10–15 working days depending on garment stock and order size. Tell us your deadline when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit.
Will the embroidery survive a commercial laundry?
Embroidery is the most durable badging method for garments washed at high temperatures, and it will usually outlast the garment itself. If you launder at 60°C or above, say so and we will steer you towards fabrics that hold their colour and shape.
Can we add new starters to an existing order?
Yes. Your logo, colours and garment specification stay on file, so a top-up order is a short email — no new setup and no fresh artwork approval.
