Our Print Methods
🎨 Screen Printing
Best for: Large quantities (12+) • Bold, solid-colour designs • T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts
Each colour is printed separately through a fine mesh screen. Produces vibrant, long-lasting results at a very competitive cost per unit when ordering in quantity. Set-up costs apply per colour, so works best with 1–6 colour designs on larger runs.
- Minimum quantity: 12 items (per design)
- Maximum colours: 6 (more on request)
- Turnaround: 7–14 working days
🖼 Direct to Garment (DTG)
Best for: Small runs or one-offs • Full-colour photographic artwork • Complex gradients and designs
DTG prints directly onto the fabric like a high-quality inkjet printer — producing photo-realistic results with no colour limitations. No set-up costs and no minimum order. Perfect when you need just one or two items or when your artwork is too detailed for screen printing.
- Minimum quantity: 1 item
- Colours: Unlimited
- Turnaround: 3–5 working days
- Best on: 100% cotton or high-cotton garments
🔥 Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)
Best for: Names and numbers • Sportswear • Small text and clean designs
Precision-cut coloured vinyl is heat-pressed onto the garment. Highly durable and ideal for individual personalisation — player names and squad numbers on team kits, for example.
- Minimum quantity: 1 item
- Colours: Limited to available vinyl colours (good range)
- Turnaround: 5–7 working days
🏓 Sublimation Printing
Best for: Full-coverage custom sportswear • Custom team kits • All-over prints
Sublimation infuses dye directly into the fabric for a seamless, all-over print that doesn’t crack or peel. Works on polyester garments and produces the most vivid, photo-quality results of any print method. The go-to for fully custom football, rugby, hockey and netball kits.
- Minimum quantity: 5 items
- Colours: Unlimited
- Turnaround: 10–14 working days
- Fabric: Polyester or performance fabric only
Artwork Requirements
- Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) preferred for best results
- Raster images (PNG, JPG) accepted at 300dpi or above at print size
- Pantone or CMYK colour references help us match your brand colours precisely
