Our Embroidery Process
- Send Us Your Artwork — Email your logo to promo@centralcustom.co.uk. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG and high-res PNG.
- Digitising — Our team converts your artwork into an embroidery stitch file. A one-off digitising fee applies to new logos (typically £25–50 depending on complexity).
- Proof Approval — You receive a digital stitch-out preview and thread colour confirmation before we run your order.
- Production & Dispatch — Typical turnaround is 7–14 working days after proof approval.
Artwork Guidelines
- Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal — scalable and colour-accurate.
- High-resolution PNG or PDF at 300dpi minimum also accepted.
- Not sure if your artwork is suitable? Just send it and we’ll advise.
- Simple logos with solid colours produce the best embroidery results. Gradients and very fine detail may need simplification.
