Who orders custom badges and patches?

What's the minimum order for custom badges?
Our minimums are deliberately low — small club and school orders are welcome. Tell us your quantity when you request a quote and we'll price it honestly, including where the next price break sits.
Can you copy our existing badge?
Usually, yes. If you have an old badge but no artwork, send a clear photo and we'll redraw and digitise it. If the design belongs to another organisation, we'll ask for confirmation you have permission to reproduce it.
Iron-on or sew-on — which lasts longer?
Sew-on is the most durable and survives industrial washing. Iron-on is quicker to apply and holds well in normal domestic washing; for garments that are washed hard and often, we recommend sewing over the iron-on backing for a belt-and-braces finish.
What sizes can you produce?
Most badges fall between 50mm and 100mm, but we can produce larger back patches and small collar-size badges too. We'll advise on the best size for your artwork's level of detail.
How long does an order take?
