What kit does a swimming club actually need?
Most clubs start with three things: a poolside hoodie, a club t-shirt and a kit bag. Changing robes and tracksuits usually follow once the squad starts travelling to away galas. Caps and towels are best offered as an optional extra so parents are not paying for a full package upfront.
Will embroidery survive chlorine and constant washing?
Yes. Embroidery is stitched into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so it copes with chlorine residue and repeat washing far better than most printed transfers. The garment usually wears out before the stitching does, which is why we recommend embroidery on anything that goes poolside week after week.
Can we order junior and adult sizes on the same order?
Yes. Nearly all our core hoodie, t-shirt and jacket ranges run from child sizes through to adult 5XL, and mixing sizes does not change your per-unit decoration cost.
Can new swimmers order kit later in the season?
Yes. We keep your artwork and garment specification on file, so a single hoodie for a new joiner in February can be matched to the batch you ordered in September. Bear in mind that fabric dye lots can shift slightly between production runs, so if an exact colour match matters, order a small buffer of your most common sizes at the start of the season.
How long does custom swimming club kit take?
Typical turnaround is around two to three weeks from artwork approval for standard embroidered and printed kit. Fully sublimated items and printed caps take longer. Allow extra time ahead of the county and regional championship windows, when clubs across the UK all order at once.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums vary by product and decoration method. Embroidered garments can be ordered in small quantities, while screen printing and sublimation are more cost-effective in bulk. Tell us your squad size and we will tell you honestly what makes financial sense.
