Custom Work Trousers UK
CentralCustom supplies and embroiders custom work trousers for trades, facilities teams, kitchens and site crews right across the UK — cargo, holster, action, hi-vis and chef styles from ProRTX, Regatta Professional, Russell Europe, Premier and Henbury. Your logo is stitched neatly above the thigh pocket, so the trouser your team already lives in starts carrying your name. Order a handful of pairs or fit out a whole crew, and we will match them to the polos, hoodies and hi-vis you already wear.
Why choose CentralCustom for branded work trousers
Proper workwear brands, not blanks. We work with ProRTX, Regatta Professional, Russell Europe, Premier and Henbury — trousers built for triple-stitched seams, kneepad pockets and daily wear, rather than lightweight garments that fail in a fortnight.
Embroidery done properly on a difficult garment. Trousers are harder to decorate than a polo: pockets, seams, kneepad openings and thick twill all get in the way. We digitise your logo once, position it where it will sit flat and stay readable, and reuse the same stitch file across every garment in your uniform.
A genuine size range. Waist sizes, short, regular and long leg options and women's fits — so the person who needs a 30in short gets one, instead of turning up in something they have had to take up themselves.
Matched to the rest of your kit. Trousers rarely get ordered on their own. We colour-match them against your work t-shirts, hi-vis and outer layers so the whole uniform reads as one thing.
Repeat orders held on file. Your logo, stitch file, colours and sizes stay on record. When a new starter joins, one email gets them the identical kit — no re-setup, no drift.
Who our custom work trousers are for
Trades and site crews. Holster and cargo trousers with kneepad pockets, hammer loops and enough storage that nobody is walking back to the van. Builders, joiners, electricians, plumbers, roofers and groundworkers.
Facilities, maintenance and grounds teams. Action and stretch trousers that move — useful for anyone spending the day up ladders, under sinks or on their knees.
Sites with hi-vis requirements. Hi-vis cargo trousers and insulated or waterproof overtrousers for crews working on highways, rail, plant yards and anywhere lower-body conformity is specified.
Kitchens and hospitality. Slim-leg chef's trousers that survive a hot wash several times a week, sitting alongside your chef whites and kitchen uniforms.
Front of house, retail and offices. Flat-fronted chinos and polyester trousers that look smart with an embroidered polo or corporate shirt, with the logo kept subtle.
Outdoor and winter work. Lined action trousers and stormbreak overtrousers for teams who are outside from October through March.
Frequently asked questions
Can you embroider a logo onto work trousers?
Yes. The usual position is the thigh — just above or beside the cargo pocket — where the fabric is flat and single-layer. We avoid pocket bags, seams and kneepad openings, which is where badly placed embroidery puckers or catches.
What is the minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum on trousers. Small orders carry a one-off digitising charge for your logo the first time; after that the stitch file is yours and repeat orders skip it.
Do you supply women's fits and different leg lengths?
Yes. Several ranges we stock include women's-fit trousers and short, regular and long leg options. Tell us your team's sizes and we will confirm what is available in the style you have chosen.
Which trousers do I need for a hi-vis site?
That depends on the risk assessment for your site, not on us. If lower-body high-visibility is specified, you will need certified hi-vis trousers or overtrousers to EN ISO 20471 in the required class. Send us the specification you have been given and we will match products to it.
Will the embroidery survive an industrial wash?
Embroidery holds up far better than print on workwear. Stitched logos handle 40 to 60 degree washing and repeated tumble drying without cracking or peeling, which is the main reason we recommend it over print for trousers.
Can you match trousers to the rest of our uniform?
Yes, and it is worth doing. Send us what you already wear, or let us spec the whole set, and we will keep colours, logo size and placement consistent across trousers, polos, hoodies and jackets.
