Use this page to submit your order details. Once received, our team will contact you within one working day to confirm pricing, send samples and arrange your design proof.

What You’ll Need to Have Ready

  • ✓ School or college name and logo (or we can use an existing file)
  • ✓ A list of pupil names (and nicknames if different)
  • ✓ A list of sizes per pupil (XS through to 3XL adult)
  • ✓ Your preferred hoodie colour(s)
  • ✓ Graduation year (e.g. Class of 2025)
  • ✓ Whether teacher names should be included
  • ✓ Your required delivery date

📅 Important Timings

  • We recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks before you need the hoodies.
  • Typical production time: 3–4 weeks from design approval.
  • Design proof sent within 3 working days of receiving your names list and artwork.
  • Rush orders may be possible — contact us to discuss.
