Returns Policy

Central Custom is committed to your complete satisfaction. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Non-Customised Items

We accept returns on non-customised, undecorated items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, email promo@centralcustom.co.uk with your order number. We will provide a returns address and instructions. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Custom / Personalised Items

Items that have been embroidered, screen printed, heat transferred or otherwise customised are non-returnable unless they are faulty or there is an error on our part.

If your custom item arrives with a defect or production error, please email promo@centralcustom.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Faulty Items

If any item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and either replace or refund the item in full.

Sale Items

Sale items are returnable under the same conditions as standard items, unless marked as final sale.
