Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of centralcustom.co.uk and orders placed with Central Custom, a division of YC Sports Ltd (Company No. 07406369, VAT No. GB359546512), registered in England and Wales.
1. Placing an Order
By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over and legally entitled to purchase. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel orders and issue a full refund if unable to fulfil them.
2. Custom Orders
For embroidered, printed or customised goods: you must hold rights to any artwork submitted. By submitting artwork you confirm you own or are licensed to use it. We will send a digital proof for approval before production. Once approved, production begins and changes cannot be made. Custom items are non-refundable unless faulty.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via credit/debit card, PayPal or Klarna (where available).
4. Delivery
Timescales for custom orders begin from artwork approval. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns
Non-customised items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Custom items are non-returnable unless faulty. See our Returns Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of submitted artwork. By submitting, you grant us a licence to reproduce it for your order. Our website content and branding remain the property of YC Sports Ltd.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
