How much do embroidered caps cost?
Price depends on the cap style, your quantity and the size and stitch count of your logo. New logos need a one-off digitising fee (typically £25–50) to convert your artwork into a stitch file; after that the same file can be reused on future orders at no extra charge.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS or SVG) are ideal, but we also accept high-resolution PNG or PDF at 300dpi. Simple logos with solid colours embroider best; very fine detail or gradients may need slight simplification, and we'll always advise before we run anything.
How long does it take?
Typical turnaround is 7–14 working days after you approve your proof. If you have an event deadline, let us know and we'll do our best to work to it.
