If the shirt is going to be signed, we'd suggest keeping the back print small and high — a tight block of names across the shoulders — so the middle and lower back stay clear.
Other options that work: a student-designed graphic on the front, form group names on the sleeve, an inside-neck print of the year, or a small crest on the chest with a big year on the back.

How much do custom leavers t-shirts cost?

How long do leavers t-shirts take?
Allow around two to three weeks from artwork approval. June and early July are the busiest weeks of our year, so order in the spring term if your last day is in July.
Can we have every pupil's name on the back?
Yes. Most schools use first names only, adding a surname initial where two pupils share a name. We set the list so every name prints at the same size.
Which colour is best if pupils are going to sign them?
White or a pale colour. Permanent marker on a dark shirt is barely readable, and metallic pens smudge. White also keeps the cost down.
Will the signatures wash out?
A proper fabric marker will largely survive a cool wash. A standard permanent marker will fade. Most pupils keep signed shirts rather than wearing them, so we'd suggest treating it as a keepsake.
What sizes do you offer?
Children's sizes through to adult 5XL, in the same order. Year groups always contain a wide spread, and staff usually want one too.
Can you invoice the school directly?
Yes — schools and academy trusts can be invoiced on standard terms, which is simpler than a parent volunteer paying up front.
