👔 How to Measure Chest Size
Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level across your back. Make sure the tape is snug but not tight. Round up to the nearest centimetre.
For a more relaxed fit (ideal for workwear worn over other clothing), select one size up from your measurement.

Delivery Policy
Central Custom delivers throughout the United Kingdom. All delivery timescales for custom orders begin from the date of artwork approval, not the date of order.

Custom Order Production Times
Custom embroidered and printed items require a production period of 24–48 hours after artwork approval. This is in addition to the delivery timescale above. Most custom orders are received within 7–10 working days from artwork approval.

Artwork Approval
Once your order is placed, we will send you a digital proof by email for approval. Production only begins after you confirm approval. Delays in approving artwork will extend your delivery date. We recommend approving proofs within 24 hours to maintain your expected delivery date.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, DHL or FedEx depending on size and service selected.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at promo@centralcustom.co.uk.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will leave a card or send a notification with redelivery or collection options. Parcels uncollected after the holding period will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and items immediately and email promo@centralcustom.co.uk within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns Policy
Central Custom is committed to your complete satisfaction. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Non-Customised Items
We accept returns on non-customised, undecorated items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, email promo@centralcustom.co.uk with your order number. We will provide a returns address and instructions. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Custom / Personalised Items
Items that have been embroidered, screen printed, heat transferred or otherwise customised are non-returnable unless they are faulty or there is an error on our part.
If your custom item arrives with a defect or production error, please email promo@centralcustom.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Faulty Items
If any item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and either replace or refund the item in full.
Sale Items
Sale items are returnable under the same conditions as standard items, unless marked as final sale.
