Frequently asked questions

Can I order just 1 item?

Yes. There's no minimum order: we print or embroider from a single item.

How do I add my logo?

Press Design it now on this page, upload your logo and drag it where you want it. You see it on the garment and the price updates as you go. You can also email it to promo@centralcustom.co.uk.

What file formats do you accept?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF) are best. High-resolution PNG or JPG is fine too. If your logo is too low quality, we offer a professional redraw for £30.

Is there a setup fee for embroidery?

A one-off £25 setup per logo turns your logo into a stitch file. We keep it on file, so re-orders have no setup fee. If you already have an embroidery file (DST) at the right size, upload it and there's no setup fee.

Is there a setup fee for printing?

No, if you send a vector file. Other files have a one-off £15 artwork preparation fee.

Do I get a discount for bigger orders?

Yes. The price per garment drops at 6, 12, 18, 24 and 50 items. Every garment with the same logo in the same colours counts towards it, across different sizes and different products.

Will I see a proof before you make it?

Yes. We email a digital proof before production starts, and nothing is made until you approve it.

How long does it take?

Custom orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of artwork approval, and most arrive within 7–10 working days in total. Rush orders are available on request.

Can I return a personalised item?

Embroidered or printed items are made for you, so they can't be returned unless they're faulty. If we make a mistake, we remake or refund at no cost to you.
