When the Class of 2027 should get moving
You do not need to order yet. But the decisions that hold everything up later are the ones best made early.
- Autumn term 2026 — agree who is organising it, roughly what the design will be, and get the idea in front of the school for initial sign-off.
- Spring term 2027 — collect names and sizes in one place, settle the money, and lock the name list.
- By Easter 2027 — place the order. That leaves comfortable room for proofing, production and any reprints before the summer term ends.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a Class of 2027 order take?
Once you have approved your digital proof, orders are typically produced and dispatched within 7–14 working days. Build a buffer into your own deadline — the proof stage depends on how quickly your side signs off, and that is usually the slowest part of the whole process.
Can we put everyone’s name on the back?
Yes. Send us the list as a single typed document and we will set it as a block, a shape or inside a large year number. Check the spellings before you send it — names are the one thing we cannot verify for you.
Can we choose our own hoodie colour?
Yes, within the colour range of the style you pick. Some schools specify a colour or rule certain ones out, so confirm with your school before you commit the year group to it.
Should we go for print or embroidery?
Large back prints with lots of names are almost always printed. Small chest logos and crests often look better embroidered. If you are unsure, send the artwork over and we will advise — see our printing and embroidery pages for how each method behaves.
What if someone joins or leaves after we have ordered?
Once a job is in production the name list is fixed, so agree an internal cut-off date and communicate it clearly. If your year group is likely to change, it is worth ordering a small number of spare hoodies without the name list so nobody ends up with nothing.
